This class is a 75 Minute full body muscle building class that blends tried & true strength methods of powerlifting, bodybuilding, strongman, and gymnastics with a variety of metabolic conditioning techniques for optimal results. Perfect for beginners who’ve never touched a weight and will challenge advanced athletes looking to bust through plateaus. Don’t confuse muscle building and strength for bulk. This class will not make you bulky. Tone, burn fat, and prevent injury with our strength and conditioning class.
